ENERGYSYSTEMS
EnergySystems is a Kazakhstan-based EPC contractor and systems integrator. Our priorities are industrial construction, gas turbine equipment and maintenance of gas transmission infrastructure.
We combine engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and service. We deliver on-site work and arrange specialist workshop repairs of turbines and components at dedicated repair facilities. We coordinate the repair programme, logistics and technical support for the client.

Occupational health and safety
Our workshop assembles environmental-monitoring cabinets, electrical panels, automation cabinets and transformer substations. This assembly capability complements engineering, installation and support for facility systems.
Engineering & IT systemsOccupational health, workplace safety and industrial safety are fundamental to EnergySystems. Across construction, repair and equipment service, we put the safety of our team, our clients’ personnel and their facilities at the centre of work planning and delivery.
We work to international occupational health and safety standards, including ISO 45001 principles, in compliance with Kazakhstan legislation, OEM requirements and client HSE procedures. Safe execution is a requirement for our own team and all engaged contractors.
Identify hazards, assess task-specific risks and agree protective measures, responsibilities and a safe sequence of operations.
Apply permit-to-work procedures, energy isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO). Control hot work, work at height, lifting operations and confined-space entry.
Conduct pre-task briefings, verify qualifications and authorisations, and provide suitable PPE and serviceable tools. Everyone has stop-work authority when safety is at risk.
Agree emergency arrangements, conduct inspections and record hazards, near misses and incidents. Root-cause review and corrective actions help prevent recurrence.
Our team includes certified engineers for engineering, installation and service assignments. We select specialists to match the equipment, scope of work and requirements of each industrial facility.
Our established logistics arrangements support prompt delivery of equipment, spare parts and tools. We coordinate suppliers, transportation and site delivery around project schedules and maintenance shutdowns.
We use specialist equipment, diagnostic instruments and professional tools for installation, repair and service. Resources are selected to suit the technical requirements and site conditions.
Our partner network brings together original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), independent service providers (non-OEM), manufacturing plants, repair facilities and spare parts suppliers. We select the right participants for the equipment, repair scope and client requirements.
Access to original spare parts, components and equipment-specific technical solutions.
Specialist non-OEM providers for diagnostics, repair, maintenance and field service.
Coordination of gas generator, module and component repairs, including the required testing at specialist facilities.
Supply of original parts and technically justified alternatives, subject to client approval.
We work with OEM and independent repair facilities. The participating facility, authorisations and component compatibility are verified for the repair programme.
We work with equipment from more than 50 manufacturers, including Sulzer, Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric and Honeywell.
Astana Hub, Kazakh-British Technical University (KBTU), Nazarbayev University, KazNIPI Energoprom and KGNT.
The equipment manufacturer list does not imply exclusive distribution or authorisation for every repair activity.
We work with international engineering, construction and financial companies. To deliver a project, we can bring partners into a consortium, engage them as subcontractors or involve them in financing.
Sector expertise, process solutions, joint engineering and specialist design disciplines.
Joint delivery of complex facilities, specialist construction, installation and commissioning.
Development of financing structures and assessment of financial participation opportunities.
Partner participation, work allocation and responsibilities are documented in a consortium agreement, subcontract or separate financing agreement.
We plan to deepen localisation in Kazakhstan by developing engineering expertise, expanding technical resources and increasing the share of service and repair work performed in-country. Our goal is to shorten logistics cycles and respond faster to our clients’ operational needs.
