DIGITAL & CONTROLS
Industrial automation, SCADA and system integration for process monitoring and equipment operations.
Process-data acquisition and visualisation, event histories, alerts and operator displays.
Integration of instruments, controllers, engineering systems and equipment within a coordinated control architecture.
Equipment trends, event logs and technical information to support condition review and maintenance planning.
Developed by EnergySystems, our portal brings together turbine and equipment history, service and repair planning, defects, technical reports, documentation and team coordination. Used in the AGP (Asia Gas Pipeline) project, it can be adapted for any client’s equipment fleet, workflows, roles and reporting needs. Traceable activities and document control support applicable ISO requirements, OEM procedures and client requirements.
We are developing approaches to digital equipment models and AI-assisted analysis of operating data and technical reports. This is a development direction: the architecture and tools are selected for each client application.
Explore the digital service concept: unit readings, deviation-detection logic, engineering review and links to station components.

Temperature: 72 °C · Pressure: 3.5 bar
Linked event: oil temperature rise
A rise of 18 °C at 72% load. Review the measurement, oil-cooler performance and maintenance history. An engineer confirms the cause.
| Time | Unit | Event | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| 14:24 | DEMO-GCU-01 | Oil temperature +18 °C | Engineering review |
| 14:12 | DEMO-GCU-02 | Trend review complete | Continue monitoring |
| 14:00 | DEMO-GCU-03 | Unit on standby | Readiness check before start |
Explore one example: lubrication-oil temperature rises while the unit load remains constant.
| Parameter | Baseline | Observed |
|---|---|---|
| Oil supply temperature | 54 °C | 72 °C |
| Unit load | 72% | 72% |
| Oil supply pressure | 3.6 bar | 3.5 bar |

Two observations show oil supply temperature rising from 54 to 72 °C at a constant 72% load. Oil supply pressure changes from 3.6 to 3.5 bar.
The trend is linked to the lubrication system in the digital asset record.

01 / Our scope
A wide external filter house feeds the elevated inlet duct and intake plenum. This is the turbine air path; transported gas stays in the separate compressor circuit.
Intake condition report and maintenance scope.
One compression package and its auxiliaries are shown. Spacing and detail are adapted for viewing; this is not an as-built station plot plan.
